2. Does Your Package Meet the Eid Delivery Guarantee Criteria?

Please use the following rules to determine if your package qualifies for guaranteed Eid delivery:

• Pre-order Items: If your order includes pre-order items and their restock time does not fall within the Eid delivery window, the package does not qualify for the guarantee.
• Fully Eligible Packages: If all items in your order are "Guaranteed Eid Delivery" products and the shipping address is within the eligible regions, the package qualifies for the guarantee.

Friendly Reminder:
If your order does not meet the Eid guarantee criteria but you wish to split the shipment to ensure timely delivery of some items, please note that an additional shipping fee of $10 USD will be charged for each split shipment. This is to cover the extra logistics costs incurred due to sending multiple packages. We appreciate your understanding and support.

3. Conditions for Guaranteed Eid Delivery

To ensure delivery before Eid, please meet the following conditions:

• Accurate Delivery Information: Ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, especially the postal code and house number.
• Choose the Shipping Method Based on Order Time: Select the appropriate shipping method ("Standard Shipping" or "Express Shipping") based on the cutoff time, and ensure to pay any applicable fees (if any).
• Valid Contact Information: Provide an accurate contact number so that delivery personnel can reach you.

4. Exclusions from Guaranteed Eid Delivery

The "Guaranteed Eid Delivery" policy does not apply in the following cases:

• Delivery Address: The shipping address is outside the eligible regions for the Eid guarantee.
• Force Majeure: Delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events (such as strikes, traffic control, etc.).
• Customs Issues: Delays due to customs clearance when the customer has not promptly assisted.
• Address or Delivery Change: Any changes to the delivery address or request to stop shipment after dispatch, resulting in missed delivery windows.
• Signature Issues: If the customer fails to pick up the parcel or sign for it on time, leading to delays.
